By using the services of Ceylon Green Cabs ("Company", "we", "us") — accessible at greencabs.lk — you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Our Services

Ceylon Green Cabs provides professional chauffeur-driven transport services including airport transfers, hotel and resort transfers, island-wide tours, corporate travel, and event transportation across Sri Lanka. All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings submitted via our website or WhatsApp are provisional until confirmed by our team.
• Confirmation will be communicated within 30 minutes during operating hours.
• A booking reference number will be issued upon confirmation.
• It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information.

Pricing & Payment

• All published rates are indicative and inclusive of chauffeur charges and fuel unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking based on distance, duration, and vehicle type.
• Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise agreed.
• Rates for Coaster/Mini-Bus and large group arrangements are provided on request.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or credit.
• 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: Full charge applies.
• No-show: Full charge applies.
• Flight delays are accommodated with free waiting time (up to 60 minutes for international arrivals).

Chauffeur Code of Conduct

All Ceylon Green Cabs chauffeurs adhere to a strict professional code of conduct:

• Absolute respect for guest privacy and confidentiality
• Professional grooming and presentation standards
• Zero unauthorised stops during transfers
• Punctuality without exception
• Eco-conscious and safe driving practices

Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Damage caused to vehicles by passengers will be charged accordingly.
• Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents and visas.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
